Acquired Object Count
The number of Objects you acquired in a given Trade.
Acquired Object Tax Basis
The amount you will list (for tax purposes) as the original cost of the Object acquired in a Trade.
Acquired Object Value
The value of the Object you acquired in a Trade.

Acquisition Approval Date
The date on which the Acquisition (purchase, deed, or gift) was approved.

A field for any additional information associated with the Acquisition of an Object - for example, the lot number for a piece purchased at auction.
Acquisition Discount:
The discount received for a purchase. This can be entered as a total amount (e.g. $100), or as a percentage (e.g. 10%). The Acquisition discount will be subtracted from the Acquisition price.
Acquisition Funding
Where the funds for this Acquisition came from, such as a specific bequest or allocation.
Acquisition Funding Source Contact Name
The name of the person or entity that is the point of contact for the Acquisition funds.
Acquisition Funding Source Business Address
The work address of the Acquisition funding source.
Acquisition Funding Source Home Address
The home address of the Acquisition funding source.
Acquisition Funding Source Other Address
The other address for the Acquisition funding source (aside from the work and home addresses).
Acquisition Funding Source Restrictions
Any limitations or restrictions that apply to the funds used for this Acquisition.
Acquisition Memo
This field can be used for notes and additional information about the Acquisition (for example, the name of the auction from which the Objects were acquired, such as "Property from the Estate of a European Noble")

Any additional notes about the Acquisition. (Acquisition notes are not searchable and cannot be included in reports.)
Acquisition Price
The original purchase price of an Object (usually the retail/list price for a purchase, or the hammer price for an item purchased at auction).

Any limitations or restrictions that apply to the Acquisition.
Acquisition Subject
A unique term to identify each Acquisition record. Each Acquisition subject is like a label for a group of Objects that were acquired at the same time (Objects that were included on the same invoice/deed of gift). We recommend using a combination of where the Objects were acquired (Gallery, Auction House, Donor) and the date of the acquisition - for example, "ABC Gallery - 01/02/2019". The Acquisition subject will be visible on the master list of Acquisitions in your account and it should be written so that you can easily pick the Acquisition out from a list. This is a required field.
Acquisition Tax
The amount of tax paid on the purchase of this Object. Acquisition tax can be entered as a total amount (e.g. $10), or as a percentage (e.g. 8.875%).
Acquisition Total
The total amount spent on an Object in a given Acquisition - this is a calculated field based on figures entered into the price, discount, tax, and other acquisition line item fields.
Acquisition Type
This field describes how the field was acquired: for example, Purchase, Gift, or Deed. You can add to this list by typing a new entry into the Acquisition Type field - once you save a record with a new Acquisition Type, this Acquisition Type will be available from the drop-down list going forward.
Acquisition Year
The year when the Acquisition occurred.
Addenda
Additional pages that can be added to the end of a report, to include additional information that is not specific to one of the Objects in the report.
Additional Accession Number
Any other accession number associated with the Object.
Additional Artists
The names of other Artists who contributed to creating the Object.
Advanced Search
This feature allows you to search on most of the fields in Collector Systems. You can also search on multiple fields and perform a "no value" search to find records that do not have data in a certain field.
Agreed Sale Price
The price for which an Object was sold while on consignment.
Alerts
A list of notifications that have been triggered by changes in the Insurance tab.
Artist
The creator of an artwork.
Artist Alias
The alternate name by which an Artist is known.
Alias First Name
An alternate first name the Artist used, or another name by which the Artist is known.
Alias Last Name
An alternate last name the Artist used, or another name by which the Artist is known.
Alternate Title
Another name by which an artwork/Object is known or described.
Appreciation Clause Limit
The amount by which the value of all Objects on an Insurance Policy can exceed the Insurance Policy Limits. This is expressed as a percentage of the Insurance Policy Limits (for example, an Appreciation Clause Limit of 125% means the total value of the Objects can be 25% higher than the Insurance Policy Limit before the Appreciation Clause is exceeded).

Biographical information about the creator's life, personal history, and Artistic practice.
Artist Company
The company name or brand name of the Artist.
Artist Gender
The gender of the creator.

Collection
This field can be used to categorize Objects by type (Fine Art, Furniture, Jewelry). You can also create sub-collections to further categorize Objects (for example, Fine Art - Sculpture). The field Collection will show the top level only (e.g. Fine Art).
Collection Name
