Subscription Activity
The Subscription Activity tab allows you to view an access log or history with a list of additions, updates, and deletions to the data and files in your Collector Systems account or specific subscription you are viewing. Each entry lists the user who made the addition / update / deletion, the date and time of the action, the type of record, and the type of action.
The Account Activity tab allows you to view an access log or history of account specific changes. These include account access, reports, form fields, and user defined fields. Each entry lists the user who made the addition / update / deletion, the date and time of the action, the type of record, and the type of action.
How to view Subscription Activity
Click on the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Collector Systems screen and select Subscription Settings from the drop-down list.
In the Subscription Settings window, click on the Subscription Activity tab.
Using the search bar at the top of the tab, you can search for activity based on a specific username, record type, record name, or action.
Each individual record in Collector Systems will also display an audit stamp with the Created on and Last updated information for the record. Each audit stamp will include the user who created or updated the record, along with the date and time when the record was created or updated.
How to view Account Activity
Click on the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Collector Systems screen and select Account Settings from the drop-down list.
