What is the Object Status?
The Object Status is a required field when adding a new Object.
An Object can only have one Object Status
There are Six Object Status options:
Current: This status indicates that the Object is currently part of the collection.
Deaccessioned: This status indicates that the Object has been removed from the collection. Objects may be removed due to sale, gift, loss, or damage, among other reasons.
Incoming: You are in the process of acquiring the Object, but it is not yet under your ownership.
Loan In: Designed to capture Objects that are on Loan without including them in your current or permanent collection.
Loan Out: Easily access all Objects currently on Loan to another institution.
Loan Returned: View all previous Loaned Objects.
Left Browse Menu
The Object Status classifications will appear on the left Browse menu for easy searching.
Deleted Objects: You may also see Deleted Objects as an Object status on the left browse menu.
