How to Add Environmental Sensors & Environmental Data

The Environmental Sensors tab tracks environmental monitoring data at the object level. For clients using Conserv sensors, an optional integration links sensor data directly to individual objects, allowing temperature, humidity, and light condition data to follow an object as it moves between spaces and sensors over time. This gives users a complete environmental history per object, supporting informed placement decisions, preventative conservation , and stronger documentation for loans and condition reports. The tab also includes a free-text memo field for recording notes such as sensor placement details, anomalies observed, or conservation recommendations.
