Once the formatting is selected, you can move on to the rich-text field that allows for granular customization of the information you would like to include for each Object.

The Details are as follows:

Default font: If no changes are made to this dropdown, the default font will be the one originally chosen for the report under Change Report Settings from the report editing menu. Overrides made here will only apply to Object details and not the entire report.
Default size: If no changes are made to this dropdown, the default size will be the one originally chosen for the report under Change Report Settings from the report editing menu. Overrides made here will only apply to Object details and not the entire report.
Text color: Changes the text color.
Text background color: Changes the background or highlight color of the text.
Alignment: Text can be left / center / right aligned or evenly distributed across.
Remove formatting: Select text that you would like the formatting to be removed from. This is a helpful tool to make sure that any formatted text copied from elsewhere (Word document, email, web, etc.) will match the formatting set out in the Details section and not retain its original formatting.
HTML: This button brings up the HTML of the rich-text box into view. You may make advanced changes to the formatting of the text using HTML.
Insert field: This is where you select all the fields included in your Report. These fields automatically pull data from the Collector Systems database based on information that has already been entered into the account.
Text Box: This is where your fields will appear once selected. You can re-order and edit the font, size, color, and orientation of your data.
