Digital Signatures
The Digital Signatures feature allows CS users and non-users to digitally sign a wide range of reports and forms, including condition reports, loan agreements, deeds of gift, and other essential collection-related documents, directly from within the system.
This feature streamlines workflow, enhances document security, and improves the overall efficiency of managing collection-related documentation by eliminating the need for external signature tools (such as DocuSign or AdobeSign) or manual processes. Collector Systems allows up to five signatures for all reports.
After the signatures are complete, CS will send an email notification to designated users, along with the signed report. This feature will continue to be updated and developed with additional functionality and features.
