The following fields are required to complete a Photography import sheet.

Inventory Number
Photography Request Date
Photography Subject

Photography Start Date: The date photography was requested.

Photography Subject: A unique term to identify each Photography record. We recommend using a combination of Photography Request By and the Request Date. The Photography Subject will be visible within the top Photogprahpy tab in your account and should be written so you can easily pick the Photography record from a list. This is a required field.
