After downloading the Excel template, open the file on your computer. You can type directly into the sheet or copy in data from an existing spreadsheet.
When you are ready to import your sheet, return to the Import Notes screen and click Select files... to choose your import sheet from where it is saved on your computer. You can also drag and drop the spreadsheet to the Upload file window.
Click Next at the bottom right of the screen.
Match the columns in your import sheet to the corresponding columns in Collector Systems. If all of the boxes are blue or green, all of the columns are matched! If any of the boxes are red, you can select the matching field name from the drop-down list and then click Save.
