The following fields are required to complete a Loan sheet import.

Inventory Number
Loan Subject

Inventory Number: The first column should be the Inventory number of the piece you wish to add the loan record to.

Loan Subject: Every loan entry on Collector Systems is required to have a subject. The subject should be unique per Loan being entered. For example, it may be the name of the lender plus the location or the date/year. The Loan subject will be visible on the master list of Loans on your account and it should be written so that you can easily pick the relevant Loan out from a list.
We do not recommend that you use the Inventory number in the consignment subject line as one consignment may be associated to multiple pieces.

Insured Total Currency Type Code: For each loan please enter the 3 letter code for the currency the piece is valued in. For example, USD, GBP, EUR.
