The following fields are required to complete an Insurance sheet import.

Inventory Number
Insurance Policy Subject
Insurance Policy Number
Insurance Policy Contact

Insurance Policy Subject: Every Insurance Policy entry on Collector Systems is required to have a subject. The subject should be unique per the Insurance Policy you are entering. For example, it may be the policy number and the date. The Insurance Policy subject will be visible on the master list of Insurance on your account and it should be written so that you can easily pick the policy out from a list.
We do not recommend that you use the Inventory number in the Insurance Policy subject line, as one policy may be associated with multiple pieces.

Insurance Policy Number: Please add the policy number.

Insurance Policy Contact: Please add the contact information of the company with whom the policy is held.

Insurance Policy Currency Type Code: For each Insurance entry, please enter the 3-letter code for the currency the piece was acquired in. For example, USD, GBP, and EUR.
