The following fields are required to complete an Exhibition sheet import.

Inventory Number
Exhibition Subject

Exhibition Subject

Every exhibition entry on Collector Systems must have a subject. The subject should be unique to the exhibition you are entering. For example, it may be the name of the exhibition plus the location or the date/year. The Exhibition Subject will be visible on the master list of Exhibitions on your account.
We do not recommend that you use the inventory number in the exhibition subject line as one exhibition may be associated to multiple pieces.
