The following fields are required to complete a Consignments sheet import:

Inventory Number
Consignment Subject
Consigned To Contact Name

Inventory Number

The first column should be the Inventory number of the piece you wish to add the Consignment record to.

Consignment Subject

Every Consignment entry on Collector Systems is required to have a unique subject. We recommend using a combination of the name of the gallery or auction house plus the dates of the consignment (for example, ABC Auction House - 05/01/2020 - 05/12/2020). The consignment subject will be visible on the master list of Consignments on your account, and it should be written so that you can easily pick the Consignment out from a list.

Consignment Currency Type Code

For each Consignment, please enter the 3 letter code for the currency the piece will be consigned in. For example, USD, GBP, and EUR.
