Fill out the spreadsheet template with the file name and any corresponding attachment fields you want to import.

Match the columns in your import sheet to the corresponding columns in Collector Systems. If all of the boxes are blue or green, all of the columns are matched. If any of the boxes are red, you can select the matching field name from the drop-down list and then click Save.
Review all of the fields you have matched, then click Next in the bottom right of the screen.
Click Import. The import process will run, and you will receive a confirmation message when the import is complete.
