

Permissions Settings: Administrative
The upper section of the account access settings includes administrative permissions.
First, choose between Admin and Member.
Admin: Automatically able to access and change everything, including all user settings and billing.
User: Permissions can be granularly set; does not have access to user settings and billing.
Can Invite/Deny Users?
If "Yes," the user can add or remove access for other users.
Can Update Subscriptions
If "Yes," the user can add, delete, and edit names of Subscriptions in the Account.
Can Edit Account Contact?
If "Yes," the user can edit the Account Contact information. The Account Contact is the "master administrator" and can authorize changes to the account that impact billing, user count, and access/permissions settings. Communications from Collector Systems are sent to the Account Contact.
Can Access Account Billing?
If "Yes," the user can view billing information and update payment details such as billing address and credit card information.
Automatically Add to Object Permissions?
This feature allows you to determine user access on a per-object basis within your account.
If "Yes," the user will be able to access every object in the account.
If “No,” the account administrator will need to manually add each object to the user's permissions. Once you have invited the user to the account, you will have the opportunity to define which objects the user should have access to. Can Generate Reports?
If "Yes," the user has the ability to customize and generate reports.
Can Export?
If "Yes," the user can export data in Excel spreadsheet format.
Can Import?
If "Yes," the user can use the import utility to upload data via Excel, and to batch upload image and document files.
Can Update Settings
If "Yes," the user can make updates to the Customize tab in the Account Settings, and can make updates in the Lists and Gallery Settings tabs in the Subscription Settings. The Customize tab controls the default language, currency, unit of measurement for the account, custom logo and custom fields; the Lists tab controls the options available to populate the Object Type, Value Type, Value Basis, and Value Approach fields; and the Gallery Settings tab controls the name of the Gallery, which is incorporated into the custom web address for your Gallery feature.
Can Edit Gallery?
If "Yes," the user can make updates using the Gallery feature to create, customize, and share viewing Groups.
Can Edit API?
If "Yes," the user can update Objects, Exhibitions, and Groups to Public or Private. Here is more information about the API feature.
