How to Add and Edit Artists on the Mobile App
You can Add New Artist records and Update Existing Artist records in the Mobile App.
From the Artist Tab:
To Add or Edit Artists, click the Menu option (3 lines in the upper left corner) and then select Artists.
To create a New Artist record, click the Add icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
The Getty ULAN system can be used to automatically populate the artist fields with data straight from the Getty Lexicon. Alternatively, you can add the artist information manually.
Click Save.
How to Edit Artists
To Edit select the Artist's name and click the Edit icon (Pencil).
Edit the Details and click Save.
You also have the option to upload additional images, documents, and other data associated with this Artist.
